Start your meal with the famous antipasti platter with a variety of home-made cold meats, then choose between pasta, seafood, meat or poultry. When you sit down in the cosy red sofas on the outer edge of the room, you start to get everything right.
For a real treat, choose Omakase, the chef's choice, and let Chef Chau create a multi-course tasting menu or opt for a multi-course tasting menu. Start your lunch or full day breakfast with an order of Jalapeno Bacon Hush puppies (they are delicious) And then shake hands. This happy place will take you to the heart of South Korea, where you will find some of the best dishes in the state of Florida. The ingredients are always fresh and locally sourced, and often seasonal dishes are on the menu. Well-known favourites such as Bibimbap and Bulgogi are available, but the kitchen has taken over the licence and you will be taken to a happier place.
One of my favourites is the invigorating mix of meat, cheese, meatballs and cheese sauce with a hint of salt and pepper. I was totally thrilled after tasting the meat sweets (also called "burnt ends") cooked in the smoker for 13 hours on the Sanford Food Tour. If you think that's it, bebe a steak burger topped with edible gold leaf and served with cheddar, tomatoes and red onions.
A New York strip costs $49, and the three, four, and two-course starter plus - one side dish - meat and cheese costs $110. Council Oak focuses on the best of both worlds: meat, cheese, meatballs, pasta and cheese. The menu includes Garganelli pasta (8 dollars), mac 'n' cheese, mac 'n' cheese and a variety of cheeses and toppings.
The food is simple, traditional and tasty, everything is prepared in-house - except for the fries, none of the food prepared here is deep-frozen. The menu includes a variety of soothing favourites such as pasta, meatballs, mac 'n' cheese, mac and cheese. This family recipe is a must - and one of my favourite dishes from my time in Council Oak, as well as the best in town.
Weekday dishes offer over a dozen dishes priced from $7.99 to $10.99, and the meal is served with a variety of toppings such as cooked spinach with garlic and more.
